Hey there, Fatshark, big fan! Sooo…a month or two ago i’ve bought an awesome looking “Praesimiagoria Mk Ib Rebreather” for my psyker for 900 aquilas and now there’s this new “Giulius Thrice-Blessed” pack which contains the “Praesimiagoria Mk Ic Repreather” that is looking much cooler tbh. It’s black, it’s glowing and it alters your voice. And it’s cost is also 900 aquilas. Not gonna lie, right now i do feel a little bit…scammed? But it’s not your fault, i do understand that this is how the things work. Soo…i was kinda wondering if i can possibly ask you to refund me the old version, so i can add those 900 to my existing 1600 and purchase the whole new pack for 2400? Pretty please <3

I’ve checked your account and can see you purchased the Praesimiagoria Mk Ib Rebreather on Sat 22 Jul 2023. Unfortunately, as this is outside of our 30-day refund period we are unable to refund this cosmetic. Apologies for any disappointment.

Thanks for your reply! I was hoping that a refund or replacement of the skin is possible due to the same cost. It is a pity that the old skins are not updated and do not receive the same features as the updated ones like them.
