**Issue Description: Shredder Frag grenades seem to do no explosion damage, only applying bleed and knockback.

Constant (100%)
Upload Supporting Evidence:
they did take the explosion dmg (the 150dmg), the explosion dmg loss a huge amount of dmg from the distance (even for less than 1m)
i wonder on what this is acknowledged.
