Showstopper is incredibly undertuned, a buff:

Showstopper is a blessing for the Zealot’s flamer, and at level 4 it has a 20% chance on Elite kill to… do nothing.
(It also currently says it can make specials explode, it does not. A sweep of the special section with showstopper will see you zero explosions.)

Against same type elites, it has no effect, as elites who are densely packed enough for it to affect are almost certain to die at the same time from the damage over time.

Against common horde enemies it also does nothing, the blessing wont make them explode and will already die from damage over time before the elites have a chance to die.

This is on top of the blessing doing an actually pathetic amount of damage.

Its only chance of being useful is in a mixed elite horde that includes crushers and/or bulwarks.

To increase its relevancy I would increase its chance of activation to at least around 50% at rank 4, or even up to 100%. Why so much higher than 20%? Almost every blessing people choose to use are ones that can be reliably triggered, be it simply staggering enemies, landing a melee headshot kill on a groaner, or even just chaining attacks, they all do something impactful and they do it reliably. You want blessings to be competitive, not discarded as useless the moment a player looks at them.

On the topic of impact, increase its radius so it can actually hit things further than literal melee range and make it strong enough to stagger tough enemies (crushers, bulwarks, etc.) even if for just a moment (opening up bulwark shields would be fantastic).
Even with this, it may struggle to compete for a spot against blessings that simply grant power, and the flamer already has a few. Players love direct power increase blessings and prioritise them greatly, this is a fact.
So in addition, make the explosion deal an amount of damage that can actually be felt (80 or so, not 29) and even allow it to apply some amount of burn so it can refresh whatever burns the targets may already have.

These additions might look a bit stacked, but the blessing as it currently stands simply does not exist as anything other than a complete trap, you use it to replace one of your blessing slots with a cosmetic effect, it barely occurs and when it does it has no impact. Thanks for reading.
