Should FatShark really fear backlash for nerfing the Dueling Sword and other overpowered weapons?

This is exactly why the “nerf everything” mindset is harmful.

Except that it’s the never nerf crowd that has been saying “jUsT bUfF eNeMY hP” while the people that want nerfs for certain op thing have repeatedly said that buffing enemy hp nerfs everything including things that don’t need nerfs.

Hope not, doesn’t an enemy HP buff have a good chance of negatively affecting weaker weapon breakpoints? Might be a quick fix but not a good fix.

I’m just quoting for emphasis here, I’m at a loss why people keep repeating that weak argument (barring the sarcastic mention of it here), and that you two even needed to reply to it even with a paragraph just to be on the safe side, or that others need to rebuff it, ever.

I’m still flabbergasted that the leaked DS+PG memo negative review brigade repeated it…though I guess it makes sense in a weird South Park “rabble rabble rabble” kinda way.
