Also it only rotating one out is so slow. Zealot has 2 of the same skin up rn???
No one knows for sure, and the only hints we get are when new cosmetics are added in patches. In the driptide channel on Discord you can usually find people posting those. No patch, it’ll probably be a rerun, so no one will have a clue.

Why don’t they want my money? 
Every 2 weeks is criminal and they should also have many more weapon skins available all the time. As a playstation person you pc players have way better options.
In the Book of Grudges it goes then.
it’s annoying as hell on pc too. sure we can see the cosmetics, but it doesn’t help at all when one can’t buy them, no matter how many aquilas.
