Issue Description:
After Patch 14, Zealot Shield of Contempt Node doesn’t seem to work. I’m aware it doesn’t or may not have a buff icon. I tested by taking hits repeatedly and recording the values. Maybe / Hopefully I’m crazy, but I don’t think so.
Steps to Reproduce:
- take damage from a mob both toughness and health damage tested
- initial hit is unchanged which is expected
- follow up hits deal the same damage regardless of the node being allocated or not
- this was very noticeable before the patch, haven’t noticed it in game since patch (anecdotal)
- went in with friend in a tier 1 to do testing and it seemed to the same amount of damage to him regardless of the talent allocation or being in coherency. This would suggest it did nothing. (hard to test given different attack damage amounts and “allies” killing test mobs)
- Additional testing happened using a mod in the psyk. No damage reduction was noticed when attacked by horde or gunner mobs. Testing seems reliable with this method.
