The Shield&Flail move-set has shield ignoring attacks as do the prior flail weapons, but they do not match the original patterns.
All the heavy sweeps have ignore shields as expected. On Flail and Flaming Flail weapons, the L3 & L4 strikes have shield ignore. For Flail&Shield, shield ignore is also on the final strikes : L4 & L5.
The problem is that for Flail&Shield, these are the low damage control sweeps, not the overhead swings. This swap ruins the anti-shield effectiveness expected of the flail type weapon.
