Shade's Cloak of Pain does not work intermittently

Occasionally, there is a bug where the shade’s level 30 3rd trait, Cloak of Pain, does not activate the 2nd stealth after the 1st attack, but releases the stealth immediately. This phenomenon occurs intermittently after I use a sword and a dagger and use the first strong attack after using a skill. I haven’t been able to confirm if this happens with other weapons as well. I am wondering if this can be solved.

Shades cloak of pain uses both parts of stealth in one attack when using cleave attacks

For years you could do two heavy cleave attacks with the old version of the talent and now its no longer possible. When using cloak of pain and then attacking with dual wield cleave attacks it makes cloak of pain instantly use both parts of the stealth which means you now no longer get a second stealth. I think it works with all cleave attacks? Things like this are why beta tests are important because shade isnt worth playing in this state. If this is intended then all i have to say is the bal…

Currently, when using dual wield attacks(e.g sword & dagger heavy 1) with Shimmer Strike, it will consume both the Infiltrate bonus damage attack AND the extended 3 second stealth attack.
