I was on a Chaos Waste expedition as Shade, my starting level 30 was “Cloak of Pain.” In one of the chest of trials, I was offered and took the “Hungry Wind” talent. Hungry Wind overwrote Cloak of Pain. I can’t say for sure whether or not infiltrate granted me bonus damage as I didn’t have any way to look at my damage output. What I can say for sure though is exiting infiltrate would grant me the Hungry Wind buff (10% movement speed, 15% power, ability to pass through enemies for 10 sec) but no second infiltrate ( Cloak of Pain’s).
