Had the same as Yukeh here both times some one dc’d as well.

hopefully this is a known issue, both grims and tomes can not be picked up sometimes

had a similar issue with a diamantine drop on that same map. No one on the team could pick it up (3 ogryns, 1 psi). Could ping it, but no “pick up” option
