Scripitures not collectable

Issue Description:
Scripture is not collectable for some reason, although can be spotted/tagged.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Play the Desert map, the type which at last of the mission, you need to install data negotiators in 2 levels.

2.Play with Scriptures side mission

Mission Name (If Applicable):
Desert Map

Platform:
Steam

Player ID:
[Steam ID/Steam Profile URL/GamerTag]

Reproduction Rate:
Rare (<25%)
depend on scripture spawn area.

Though not on the same map, I’ve experienced the same on other levels.

yeah also other maps, not sure which map was one on top of a cabinet.
