I know this bug was already reported, but I believe I know how to reproduce this bug. It most often occurs due to high damage. For example, on weave 122, Saltzpyre’s passive does not work whatsoever, because the damage he takes must somehow overload the passive’s threshold or something of that nature. This problem is not isolated to weave 122, but made much more blatantly problematic, as he then becomes unplayable on higher weaves as a result of this.
I’m assuming this is in reference to the ‘Heart of Iron’ passive?
I’ve noticed multiple high damage hits in quick succession(hyperdensity) bypass Heart of Iron, along with Curse of the Rat in twitch mode.
