Sacrificed item to earn blessing but did not earn that blessing

Issue Description:sacrificing item to earn its blessing deleted the item but did not gain the blessing

Steps to Reproduce: i guess trying to sacrifice warp flurry staff blessing, this happened twice

Seems like a reoccurring misconception striking again.
Ripping the Blessing of a Surge staff wont make it available on a Purge staff. Only a Blessing from a Purge staff can be placed on another Purge staff.
