They are the ONE specialist enemy type that can not be consistently dodged, blocked, or shoved. A heat seeking assassin rat, SERIOUSLY?!?! Either rework their pounce, so we can dodge them mid leap, or give them a big HP nerf. It feels like they have Mutant sized health bars sometimes.

That would be because of bad hit registration.
If you check out their health in the meatgrinder, you fid that it is not a lot.

shred autopistol kills them nicely. short burts repeatedly after one another staggers them and kills them.
