It appears that Resourceful Combatant isn’t working right now. Only tested on dummies in the keep but it seems to not be procing at all.

To add to this: I have noticed it triggers on my ranger veteran shotgun but not with the alternate fire (the stock push).
It does not trigger at all on my coghammer.
