Request approved but nothing happens

I sent requests to join parties on the matchamking thing an it says “request approved” but nothing happnes, I don’t get to the second confirmation window. Once it starts happening it will continue until I restart the game

I somewhat frequently have the same issue. Best guess it seems like 1 in 15 Havoc games I request to join suffer this problem. I get told my request to join is accepted but then nothing happens.
