'Reload' don't work if binded to same key with 'Wield secondary weapon'

I have both ‘Reload’ and ‘Wield secondary weapon’ binded to [R], and it worked fine until patch. Now it only swaps to secondary weapon, but does not reload.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
