Many of Relic Blade’s blessings are worthless, and their stats are set too harshly.
Cranial Grounding comes with a small weakness damage increase, and a 6% heat dissipation capacity
Heatsink provides 10% heat dissipation capacity after triggering, but due to the need to activate, and God knows how it was calculated, it is not as effective as the Cranial Grounding.
Without using the Heat dissipation Blessing, and using one of the Blessings, the number of Charged Hits measured is as follows.
No Blessing, 14 Heavy Attacks, Heatsink 16 Attacks, Cranial Grounding 17 Attacks.
See the problem? That Cranial Grounding provides of a little extra damage, yet provides better heat dissipation.
And even a level 4 blessing can only increase the chance to attack by 2 or 3 times.
This makes them far less effective than other blessings that increase damage and cleave
Energy Transfer is even worse, because the activation conditions are more demanding, and you’ll only get fewer attacks because of the time wasted actively blocking in actual combat, and I’ve never even managed to do even 14 attacks with this blessing.
Maybe its only use is to give you less heat when you need to block, so you don’t end up with fewer attacks.
But dodging is far better than blocking, and you rarely need to block with this weapon, which is a blessing that has little value.
Counterattack provides very little acceleration and has a short duration, about only 3 light attacks, or 2 heavy attacks, and then it takes a longer to cooldown, which is basically meaningless.
In terms of the overall design of the Relic Sword, the attack combination is complex and difficult to use perfectly in actual combat, and most of the blessings have no significant value, so I think the blessings of this weapon need to be redesigned.
