Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Warhelm (Red)
Athonian 98th Warhelm With Pyskana Collar (Red)
Athonian 98th Warhelm (XXXXL) (Red)

I much prefer the black

  • Athonian 98th Warhelm (Red)
  • Athonian 98th Warhelm With Pyskana Collar (Red)
  • Athonian 98th Warhelm (XXXXL) (Red)

There’s a separate transaction for:

  • Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Warhelm (Purple)

Or, a bundle purchase containing Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Warhelm (Red)

Just to check, did you want purple or red refunded? I’d have to refund the complete bundle if you’d like to refund the Red variant. This would be:

  • Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Warhelm (Red)
  • Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Vestments
  • Pilgrim’s Sewer Crawlers

Firstly thank you so much for your help,

The cosmetic I want refunded is called the Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Warhelm (Red) that was part of a triple helmet bundle.

since it was a separate purchase it would likely be the Athonian 98th Pilgrim’s Warhelm (Purple) it may have bee misnamed or something.

@Seaghauwn you appear to have both - I’ve refunded both transactions and then you can repurchase what you want again :slight_smile:

Thanks I appreciate it, is it fine to just refund all the bundles then so I can just purchase the helmets?

I checked, but there doesn’t appear to be any other bundle purchases eligible for refund, as refunds must be processed within our 14-day refund policy window, sorry!
