Really bad hit registration

Hit registration is STILL pretty bad

Issue Description: Melee attacks and ranged attacks may play blood and impact effects but won’t stagger or damage the enemy being visibly struck. Similarly, melee attacks may play no blood or impact effect but still damage an enemy despite seeming to not have hit them. Push attacks (most notably on leaping Poxbursters) may do no stagger despite the blue hitmarker appearing indicating contact. But I can attest the same, I am experiencing ghost hits in every game. Both melee and ranged weapons. The issue is very glaring when you are using slow weapons like Thunder Hammers (you get discharge but no damage) or Boltguns (you see explosion, splatter, everything, enemy stands unfazed).

I do not know exact reason, but hitreg in Vermintide 2 was way, way better. Ghost hits were only an issue on lobbies with abnormal ping.
