Rashad mk II combat axe unavalable by requisition for veteren

Issue Description (Required):

veterans can acquire the rashad mk II combat axe as a drop after missions, but it is not available to buy in brunt’s store. not a major issue given the depth of options there, but worth looking at to make sure it’s not a larger issue to address behind it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

select veteran, go to requisition a new melee from brunt, rashad mk II is not among the options.

its on the left side of the screen for veteran for some reason
