Issue Description:
Ranalds Gift gives no progress toward end of mission reward. I had posted this bug in January to which it seemed like it had either been fixed or I had just been lucky not to encounter it for the last few months however just recently, in the last few weeks, I’ve had this start happening again with increased frequency. It occured twice in a row just now.
Steps to Reproduce:
I have no concrete way to reproduce this bug however I have had it happen multiple times over the past 6 months.
- Complete a mission
- Ranalds gift is not ticked and gives no progress toward reward

This bug has occured on multiple maps and doesn’t appear related.

Rare (<10%)
It doesn’t happen too frequently however it seems to happen at least 1-3 times a week, with 1+ hours played daily.
