as the system came out quite late teh first 3 tiers of bless’s were largely redundant for me i never collected any tier 1 or 2 and id skip 3 if i had 4 already .

im wondering as unlocking these will be credit towards mastery(?) do we need to be filling out all 4 tiers or will you do us a solid and count those below ones we have as unlocked?

I hope they will give us credit for ALL tiers of a blessing, i we have the T4 version.

The system never provided a reason to get any lower tier version of a blessing, if we already have a higher tier unlocked.
