Primary applies two stacks, however secondary does not.
Possibly happens with Flamer but I don’t have a Flamer with crit chance to easily confirm it.
With the new Purgatus Staff bug fixes with Warp Nexus and Flurry, this is the last big thing to make the staff feature complete.
