Hello everyone,
First of all, this is my first tech support ticket here. I apologize if I made any mistakes.
As I mentioned in the topic, the item I bought from Sire Melk market did not appear in my inventory. I closed and opened the game many times, entered and completed the mission, recycled the old items I had on me, but to no avail. I changed the character but in vain. I’m pretty sure I didn’t recycle the item I purchased because it didn’t show up in my inventory at all. Can you help with this issue?
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- I entered Sire Melk’s Requistitorium market.
- I selected the “Limited Time Acquisitions” option.
- I purchased the Staff item in the screenshot. (I had enough money)
- Since this purchase was not reflected in my inventory, I implemented the solutions I mentioned in the description.

I want to be sure about one thing, I don’t know if you can help, but I’m playing with Alf’s mod collection. Could one of the mods be causing this problem? Can you see this in the logs, or can I discover it myself? If we can identify this, I can explain the situation to Alf himself, and we can actually find the source of the problem.
My questions might seem a bit amateurish since I’m new to Darktide, sorry about that.

if these are used at once, then that’s a lotta mods!
There is a possibility that some mod-related unintended interactions could happen. I may be able to pick some things out from a log, or speak with a developer who can identify anything strange - but it would require the specific console log from a session that an issue occurs.

I have at least 151 mods :)) I just saw someone on Reddit playing with 300 mods and I have to admit I respected him. It seems we’re experiencing the Skyrim culture in this game too eheheheh :)))
I’m sharing the console output from the time I experienced this problem. Just so you know, to identify the issue, I reset the mod profile via Vortex and ran the game without mods. During this process, quite a few error reports came up. Most likely, the log containing those errors is recorded in a file ending in “1f23”.

We haven’t been able to find anything specific in the logs that would indicate a mod caused the item to be scrapped.
You did mention recycling old items, and the backend shows the purchased item having being deleted at the same time as other items, so is it possible it was selected and deleted by accident?
In any case, please keep an eye and let us know if this happens again and we can take another look.

I didn’t actually do anything after purchasing it. It was only when I checked into my inventory to equip the staff that I realized it wasn’t actually there, that I proceeded with the other steps. It doesn’t seem to show up in the logs either. It looks like the best thing to do is observe the situation for a while and then decide what to do. If same or another problem arises, I’ll create a new ticket and act according to your feedback.
