Issue Description (Required):
The maximum amount of peril to be generated is supposed to have changed from 25% to 15% as per notes (patch 1.7), however, it remains at 25%.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Reload a weapon with 0 ammo in clip, generate 25% peril
- I believe somewhere down the line the value set in talent settings (0.15) is not being put through
WarpCharge.increase_immediate()
. Instead, it appears the value from the weapon charge template (0.25) is.
