Psyker self exploding immediately in explode state

Issue Description:
When overheating as a psyker, the self explosion sometimes goes off immediately instead of playing the struggle animation, giving no time to use the tactical to purge peril

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Cap on peril with a staff (have not noticed it yet with brain burst) and trigger self explosion
  2. Explode instantly upon entering the self explosion staggering state

I correct myself, It is not rare it happens fairly often and it is a serious issue.

I thought it was a 1.08 shadow change to the Psyker…
To counter the issue, I do not overcap peril. It forces me to lower peril as soon as 80%. Anything beyond is risking blowing up.
