Quietitude toughness regen does not work with Battle Meditation when it procs (10% chance to quell 10% peril)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Psyker
  2. Select Quietitude Feat in first column
  3. Have not full toughness
  4. Get a lot of kills to proc Battle Meditation
  5. Observe 0 toughness regenerated

Yeah very disappointed this synergy doesn’t exist, it’d allow quietude to be useful in aggressive play instead of a awkward downtime toughness regen.
