Psyker can't climb stairs while holding Smite

Issue Description (Required):

While holding the Smite ability, the psyker is unable to initiate the climb to many stairs or ramps.
If he’s already on the stairs he has no problems going up, otherwise he’s constantly pushed back to the beginning of the stairs.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. start casting RMB Smite while on a plain surface
  2. try to climb stairs while holding the RMB

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Often (<75%)
