Issue Summary:
Since the last patch, I’ve seen the lamps dotted around the maps all violently twitching in sync. I was just playing the Halescourge mission and the lamps all freaking out was actively tanking the frame rate. Even when I wasn’t in combat at all. Frame rate has enough problems as is.

No steps, just happens every time I’ve played through so far.
