Is it really supposed to be unique to one recolor of this hat? …

Equip helmet that covers mouth as Veteran, Ogryn, or Zealot
Get no voice filter despite ‘Praesimiagoria Mk IC Rebreather’ having them (thus clearly indicating FS design philosophy says mouth covered=voice filter)

Are none of the head cosmetics aside from ‘Praesimiagoria Mk IC Rebreather’ supposed to distort the characters’ voices?

This is a filter FX different from the standard mask filter. At this point its the only type of cosmetic I’m willing to buy anymore. But its not used on the original of the helmet this reskin was based on, I’m not buying this reskin…

It was patched onto the Ogryn’s Savlar Rebreather so I’m hoping they can add it to both versions of this hat.
