Please for the love of Emprah let us switch characters in lobby

I know it’s been said before, but please for the love of Emprah let us switch characters in the lobby at least, it’s been a year already.

Barring that or with it, it would also be great to able switch loadouts within 15-30s of joining a game in-progress too.
