Place you can get stuck in Empire in Flames

Issue Summary:
Empire in Flames, barrels to the cart section. There is a place you can get stuck at least with Bardin in the building you exit the underground in the second floor, relatively near the place where one of the barrels spawn.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Make it to Empire in Flames barrel to cart section (Bardin, not sure does this work with others)
  2. Go to the building where you exit the underground section and upper floor. There should be a bed by the window. I tried to jump out of window, it doesn’t work.
  3. Get stuck.
