Had a match on chaos wastes where (after a host migration) the exit portal in pit of reflections never appeared.
I have had the same happen (migration) on Forbidden Trail. It’s also on the ‘new’ map ending (new insofar that I have not seen it before)
Had one on lost city of marakaza. completely kills the run no matter what. I joined after a host migration happened and it still caused the glitch. please fix.
