one thing i have seen Fatshark didnāt discuss.
Hair Designs and Face Types, especially for female, atleast 80% of playerbase are with the same face type and hair style, and whenever they get a mask instant face cover, due to how female faces sometimes look like an ogryn.

It was so bad it was in their survey. But it probably hurts their ESG score to make pretty faces so we will have to accept brownbag tier faces forever i guess.

adding humans that looks at humans reduces āESGā? weird, i see that as heresy. as discrimination against human race and the emporer, saying he his sons and daughters are ugly as nurgle.

I actually dabbed into the ESG matter more deeply. To be honest, how much you have to compromise with ESG depends a lot on how crafty you are.
Iāve seen companies with a pretty high ESG Score report that are almost All ethnic European or very anti-green in their practices, etc.
There is a profession for manipulating this score, called ESG Compliance Manager. How well you do in ESG is literally a game of shifting around numbers and marketing strategies. Itās much similiar to how you can be 100.000$ in debt, and either be a Credit Score King that gets free money offers from banks on the regular or alternatively be a āsuper brokieā who canāt even sign a mobile phone contract to save his life.
Just depends on how you have those numbers juggled.
ESG, much like many modern company metrics, is actually a defensive tool by Big Corporate and Big Bank. At least if used right.

Thxā¦ I thought Iām the only one here knowing thisā¦ I play so many Games with the āGame previewā status on Gamepass what is in the end the same like early accessā¦ FS donāt wanted or they couldnāt release this game in early access and only the emperor or maybe tzeentch knows whyā¦ So why ppl still wasting time thinking about it is beyond meā¦ Itās not an Early Accessā¦ It should be but wasnātā¦ Get over itā¦ Hopefully with the Xbox release they get their sh#t done this time and we all can play this game like we all want it (or maybe one, two or three more updates later ^^)

IDK if Strike team forming got fixed.
Flash Missions are still missing.
Penances got improved.

Flash missions are what Maelstrom are.
Catdhark sais such ( I know that there is still a message from Quickpaw that is pinned in the Discord saying that Flash missions are different than Maelstrom, Iāve asked Quickpaw to unpin it or redact it)
