Penance notification raised in hub for no reason

When in the hub, with any of my characters I get the blue “visit Sister Hestia you done did a penance” notification. I have cleared all the previous penance cards at Sister Hestia.
Notification resets upon finishing a mission, loading other character, or exiting psykanium.

Aye, 'tis a chaos curse upon many of us!

Luckily I’ve got over 4800 penance points so don’t need to check often but this bug must be unbelievably annoying to anyone punching through the penances.
