Old blessing didnt update to the new one

I had the Skullcrusher IV blessing unlocked and on my Ogryn shield before the blessing was upgraded, and now it is stuck with the 4 stacks of 5% damage version, while my tier 3 shows 3 stacks of 10% damage. Screenshot it attached for reference. I changed it to another blessing, closed the mechanicus, and came back, but I still have the old one. Character name is Llydd.

Psykhanium testing seems to show that this is a text only issue and that the damage is better on the T4 blessing.
