Towering Prescence doesn’t apply/work it seems that Lead The Charge is active instead

Steps to Reproduce:

Select Towering Prescence and then activate Bull Rush you will see Lead The Rush takes effect instead.

You’ve got to change your gear in the meat grinder after switching some talents in order for them to work

I don’t think this is a bug. Ogryn’s Bull Rush is meant to grant a buff to self per its description, and it just shares an icon with Lead the Charge.
