Ogryn Ripper Gun bash attack does not work during reload if the gun was braced before reloading

Issue Description:
The Ogryn’s Ripper Gun’s bash/stab bayonet attack can normally be used while reloading, but it cannot if the Ripper Gun was braced / ADS before you started the reload.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play as Ogryn (Skullbreaker) with a Ripper Gun (I tested with Mk. V)
  2. Fire the gun and then reload
  3. Use special attack to stab with the bayonet (this should work)
  4. Fire the gun again
  5. Brace / ADS the gun, and then reload
  6. Try to use the special attack to stab with the bayonet - this does not work
