Ogryn Powermace missing? (and Grenadier Gauntlet Red+Blue skin missing in the shop)

The mace in question:

I expected it to drop on release but, no skin in the shop for it.
It never appeared in the shop for anyone I know.

And no its not the mace on the Shield&Mace combo, you cant charge it up.
No its not the scrap-metal, cant charge it up either.
And this Mace is ON THE COVER OF THE GAME yet cannot be used in game…
