Ogryn grenade fist crosshair bug

Issue Description:
When ogryn use rmb on grenade fist crosshair changes to artillery-like one. But when ogryn get hit in that stance crosshair disappears completely, until you change stance.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Be an Ogryn.
  2. Wear a boomfist thingy.
  3. During a mission hold rmb to switch to artillery stance.
  4. Recieve some damage.
  5. Embrace crosshairless mode.
