Not receiving Weekly quests

Please include as much information as possible in the description of your issue and include:

As the title says I am not receiving my weekly quests. The time trickles down for the reset but nothing happens. This has been happening since the release of Winds of Magic. I have Shadows over Bögenhafen installed.

When you have all the Bögenhafen cosmetics you stop receiving weekly quests. You can check Okri’s Challenges to see if you have them all (missions tab -> Bögenhafen).
