Not able to crouch/slide

Issue Description:
If I bind the Crouch/Slide action to M4 on my mouse (Logitech M650) I cannot perform the mentioned action. All other keybindings to the specific key work fine: I can jump, shoot, etc.
In case, I bind crouch to any other key, aside from the side ones on my mouse it works. I have bound crouch to the mouse wheel without any problems.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Bind the crouch/slide to the side button of the mouse. (See model in the description)
  3. Try to crouch/slide
