Noospheric Command can be used without Capacitance

Noospheric command can be activated even when you have 0 capacitance.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Select the Noospheric Command blitz
  2. Deplete all your capacitance
  3. Use the blitz to activate Noospheric Command
  4. Despite having no capacitance the blitz gets activated with the skull firing faster

The Description states that
“Ordering your Servo-Skull to attack an Enemy…” & double tap tagging works and is depleting the capacitance (not sure what happens at 0/0% and as with selecting the advanced “Blitz” “Artificer Servo-Skull” the blitz-icon on the right side is permanently greyed out (“as the description states that the baseline activation is now permanent”), i don’t think it is a bug but just a missunderstanding on how Noospheric Command works/performs.

for what it’s worth, i think balance wise it should need the juice to work. the thing outdamages other players in most missions

The devs have acknowledged it which means it’s a bug, if it wasn’t a bug it would have been flagged “not a bug”
