I launched this game for the first time after purchasing it on May 28th. I opened the launcher, used the recommended Settings and started the game. Then it turned out like the picture below: Only a logo in the lower right corner was on the screen, and the game audio was intermittent. Pressing any key didn’t respond to the game. Soon after, the game crashed. I used the solutions mentioned on this forum but none of them worked. I don’t know where the problem lies. Driver version is 572.83, and 32GB RAM. I hope my problem can be solved, I really want to play this game.
