It makes PBB builds completely broken.
Rumbler was already broken due to Back Off giving a free bullet easily, but with regen it makes a Twink build not having to think about ammo as long as you aren’t constantly magdumping into hordes.
I guess it’s just fine given all the other power creep.
It’s kinda like the Skitarii situation again
1% per 15 seconds means 1 full ammo create every 25 minutes. Missions rarely last more than that outside of Havoc games
It does make an impact but I think that’s not even close to the reasons why PBB is OP
Why? Rumbler “in isolation is fine and not very impressive”, it consumes way too much ammo, kind needs a buff, that tiny bit of extra ammo doesn’t do much damage at all.
Here’s an example. I have to use a full 6 small ammo packs, 4 large ammo packs, and 3 times from ammo crates (mainly for the grenades), to deal a mere 3.7 million damage and 330k boss damage.
There are absolutely no issues with Ogryn’s current balance, I don’t know what you guys are complaining about.
that node is like 1% of the problem at best (per 15 seconds). you can cycle PBBs even with the nerf pretty easy, and have like 3.something times the effective reserves spamming with that’s active. and now with the compressed tree its even easier to make a melee loadout hybrid and make heavy hitter look even goofier by comparison. you can give up 10% attack speed and 24% melee strength pretty easily when you can get all of these and bleeds now without having little else to spend. ogryn’s in this weird spot rn where everything should bend to this keystone unless you specifically want to tank.
you can even take ‘no stopping me’ instead of that lucky bullet ranged damage node and literally be ‘fat veteran’ getting most of the specialists with eg. Thugshot while gliding around as a mostly melee with huge tanking ability. if you aren’t running PBB that ammo node is also freed. best ogryn bottom tree atm…
No one is talking about it, because everyone who wants to have fun, keeps PBB out of their lobbies.
The right side of the ogryn tree is a grutting disaster and while I would have loved to have properly balanced gunlugger Fatshark obviously doesn’t have a clue how to do that (spoilers you can’t let infinite cleave explosive weapons synergize with it and you can’t have op as grut dot application, should be effing obvious smh) and should honestly just f****ng scrap the right side in favor for something else not that it will happen the power MUST creep!.
Also ogryn is just WAY to tanky but that is to be expected when people just whine about how “bad” he is in g̶a̶n̶g̶r̶e̶n̶e̶ havok.

saw two of em recently and both braindead&obnoxious.
one didnt even last a full match cause wherever possible his killfeed was “denied” 
when he saw he couldn’t pull off a puffer fish show, he deflated quick and left the match.

Thankfully most players seem to play ogryn purely for the ability to be the big chungus and hit things with a big stick. Between the inherent desire to bonk, the crippling fear of ammo insecurity, and years of the popular opinion being “PBB sux” it means PBB is comparatively rare. At least on NA servers. Shame that taunt is also pretty efficient at removing fun from the game.
