Hotfix - 23rd of April Balance Changes Outcast Engineer: Increased the Cooldown of the bomb generated by ‘Ingenious Ordnance’ to 180 seconds (up from 120 seconds). Outcast Engineer: Decreased the starting bombs from the ‘Bombardier’ talent to 2. Features & Tweaks Added new sound effects for when the Chaos Warrior with Shield blocks a ranged attack.
