New PC player. Possible to recieve VT1 skins on PC?

Hello, I am a new player on PC, but I previously have played Vermintide 1 & 2 on Playstation. I recently purchased the content bundle on Steam, but I was wondering if it would be possible to receive the skins from VT1 on my Steam account considering I purchased it on Playstation, and the only way to get them is to buy a copy of VT1. If not, I completely understand. Also, this is off topic, but is there any form of cross progression from console to PC?
