I have no factual evidence for this, but I have a feeling that the update drops on Tuesday and Fatshark are holding off Commodore’s Vestures to be released/rotated alongside the update.
They have done that before
I don’t think so. They seemed to plan to release Expeditions in March. And the mined data piece that was referring to Expeditions was a frame reward for event to play those Expeditions. The current event will last for another week, and until it ends there will not be another one. It’s unlikely they’ll drop new content while still running the old event - instead of waiting a week or so and then dropping it and starting a new event related to it. It’s also unlikely they’ll release some content patch not related to Expeditions a week or two prior to release or the latter - doesn’t make much sense, you would prefer to drop one big blob of content at once and brag about it as “major update” (as FS like to do).
So most logical assumption will be the new content update will drop not sooner than in a week, may be even later. If not delayed entirely.
Expeditions, yeah, but we’re not sure if the Ogryn pack master + talent revamp is a solo or smaller update.
If that’s the case (pack master +talents being a solo update), it could be released on Tuesday.
Alternatively, Fatshark messed up the rotation again (forgot), and the slop store will be updated tomorrow

I’m pretty much sure it will be part of Expeditions update if they are also coming in March. Literally no sense in separating those things, only makes for extra work and FS doesn’t like extra work. The bigger the content drop - the better, you don’t want to “dose” it, when it’s just like a week of extra wait.
This is funny because it’s so true.
I remember an interview they did with some guy in youtube, years back when they were building Darktide and most of that interview is Fatshark showing the employees dogs hanging around in the office and the CEO talking about how he’s on coffee machine duty 
I mean, there is still one possibility when it makes sense - that’s if they didn’t meet the deadline and won’t be able to release Expeditions in March. So then they would want to toss a bone to the community, to keep them busy for another month or two.
