Issue Description:
I was going through the mission as Sharpshooter and saw an opportunity to go for the ‘Long bomb’ penance and got it. When I got back on a couple days later, I was looking at my penances and saw it wasn’t there, but I had the achievement on steam

  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
